Getting Started with Wallu

What is Wallu?

Wallu is an advanced chatbot designed to automate customer support on your Discord server. With its ability to answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) and provide support like a 24/7 staff member, Wallu automates the support process and saves your valuable time and money. Wallu has an admin panel to easily manage your FAQs, documents it uses for answers and other settings.

Different Ways to Use Wallu

Wallu is highly customizable and you can decide how you want to use it to automate your support process.

  1. AI support channel: You can create a channel where Wallu answers all messages, for example #ai-support

    • Pros: Easy to play around with Wallu and keep it separate from other channels.
    • Cons: Not very advanced way to automate support, users may not know where to ask questions.

  2. Answer in all channels: Wallu can automatically detect when it can help someone with their question and answer them in any channel.

    • Pros: User's don't need to know where to ask questions, Wallu can answer in any channel when it can.
    • Cons: -

  3. AI ticket automation: Use any ticket bot and Wallu will attempt to handle tickets automatically. If it cannot answer, ticket will be escalated to a staff member.

    • Pros: Highly effective way to reduce workload for staff members
