Documents
Documents refer to any provided or imported free-form text. While FAQs are manually curated, documents can be imported from text files, websites, or Discord channels. Wallu uses documents to answer questions that are not covered by FAQs.

Common questions about documents
How do documents work?
The bot will search the documents for relevant parts when it sees a question.
This means that the bot will rarely see the entire document. Instead, it will search for the most relevant parts of the document to answer the question (from all documents).
Should I use one big document or multiple smaller documents?
It's usually better to have multiple smaller documents:
- If it covers one specific topic, use a small document. Wallu is more likely to receive the entire document and understand it better.
- If you use a big document with multiple topics, make sure each topic is in its own paragraph. Wallu will search and only see parts of the document.
- Smaller documents are easier to manage and update.
