Billing
We use Paddle and Stripe for billing.
- In 99% of the cases you can login to billing from panel.wallubot.com
- Alternatively (e.g., if you switched your payment method and want old invoices) you can login to Paddle or Stripe directly:
Troubleshooting
If Wallu isn't responding or behaving as expected:
- Type
!wallu
in your Discord channel to check if the bot can read and respond - Ensure Wallu has the necessary permissions in your server
- Check that you've configured at least one knowledge source (FAQ or document)
- Verify the channel settings in the admin panel
