How to Invite & Access the Dashboard

Follow these steps to get Wallu running on your server:

1. Invite Wallu: Click here to invite Wallu to your Discord server.
2. Verify Permissions: In any channel where you want Wallu to work, type !wallu.
   • If Wallu responds, it has the correct permissions (Read Messages, Send Messages).
   • If it doesn't respond, check your channel and role permissions.
3. Access the Admin Panel: Click the link in Wallu's response or go directly to panel.wallubot.com.
   • This is where you'll configure the bot and add knowledge.

Prefer to stay in Discord?

If Wallu can create channels, it adds a private #wallu-setup channel. You can configure most things by chatting with the Setup Agent there - it can import channels, add FAQs, change settings and explain why Wallu is or isn't answering.

1. Add Knowledge:
   • Import a website: point Wallu at your docs or help center.
   • #wallu-knowledge channel: the easiest way to keep answers up to date.
   • FAQs: optional, for exact hand-written answers.
2. Configure Channels: Use the Channels page to tell Wallu where and how to answer.
3. Customize: Edit response messages on the Messages page and behavior in Settings.
4. Monitor: Check analytics to see how Wallu is performing.
